ANTHROPIC
Anthropic launches Claude Design, a new product for creating quick visuals

Anthropic has launched Claude Design, a new tool that lets you create visuals such as UI elements, slides, and marketing content simply by describing what you want. It is now available in preview for Pro, Team, and Enterprise users, with wider access expected later.
Key Points:
Claude Design turns simple text into full designs such as landing pages, presentations, social posts, and app mockups in seconds.
You can refine designs by typing changes like colours, layout, or spacing, and Claude updates the design instantly.
It can follow your brand style if you upload assets, so fonts, colours, and layouts stay consistent.
It removes the need for manual first drafts, helping teams move from idea to prototype much faster.
It is currently in research preview and included for paid Claude users, with broader rollout expected soon.
Following this announcement, Figma's stock just crashed.

AI AND INNOVATION
Canva’s AI assistant can now call various tools to make designs for you

Canva’s AI assistant can now call different tools to create designs for you. It lets you turn a simple prompt into full visuals like slides, posts, and campaigns without doing each step yourself.
Details:
The assistant can use multiple Canva tools together to build a complete design from start to finish.
You can type what you want, and it creates editable designs like presentations, social posts, and marketing content.
You can update designs by chatting, and it instantly changes specific parts like text, colours, or layout.
It connects with apps like Google Drive and Slack, so it can pull your content and turn it into designs.
It learns your style over time, so your designs stay consistent across different projects.
AI TUTORIAL
How to create & automate anything with Codex using simple language.
You don’t have to keep relying on Claude Code and burning through credits or tokens anymore. With the new Codex upgrade, you can automate real work directly inside ChatGPT without worrying about usage in the same way. Here is how:

Download Codex & sign in using your ChatGPT account.
Select the app, folder, or workflow you want Codex to handle.
Type your task in simple words. For example:
“Design a mobile app screen and generate the images”
“Test my website and fix any broken buttons”
“Check my emails and draft replies for important ones”
“Update my project tasks and summarise progress”
Click run or start task. Codex will break the task into steps and begin working.
It can click through apps, generate images, update files, and complete actions on its own.
You can tell it to adjust the design, improve the output, or fix anything.
Set automation if needed. You can ask it to repeat the task daily, track updates, or continue work later without restarting via the schedule option

Google said the rise in blocked ads also reflects scammers' growing use of generative AI to produce deceptive content at scale, with its Gemini models helping detect patterns across large campaigns and block them earlier.
The goal is to make it easier to explore relevant websites, compare details, and ask follow-up questions while preserving the context of your search.
The leader of the Sora team, Bill Peebles, announced that he is leaving the company. OpenAI has been shifting its priorities to avoid “side quests,” and Peebles’ departure is just one of many recent changes as the company focuses more on coding and enterprise use.
