The Pentagon now has its own version of ChatGPT and Grok
The Pentagon just added special versions of ChatGPT and Grok to its secure AI system. This gives military staff a safer way to use powerful AI tools for work without using the normal public versions.
Details:
The Pentagon now offers ChatGPT Mil and Grok for Government through its secure GenAI.mil platform.
Staff can use these tools for things like reports, planning, research, logistics, documents, and other work tasks.
The system is built for government use, so sensitive work data can stay inside a protected environment.
Google Gemini is also available on the same platform, giving staff different AI tools to choose from.
More than 1.7 million people in the department have already used GenAI.mil, showing how quickly AI is becoming part of everyday government work.

Claude can now work directly inside Microsoft Word through Anthropic’s official Word add-in. You can use it to rewrite text, summarise documents, review content, respond to comments, and make edits without leaving Word. Here is how

Instagram announced today that it’s changing how it labels AI-generated profiles and will start limiting the reach of accounts that feature AI-generated people without saying so.
