Microsoft just shared a report showing that 40 jobs could change significantly due to AI by 2026. These jobs use tasks that AI can already handle, such as writing, answering questions, and working with data.

Details:

• AI does not mean these jobs will entirely disappear.

• It means parts of the work may be done by AI tools.

• AI tools can write text, explain facts, answer calls, and study data very fast.

• People in these jobs may spend less time on basic tasks

• Microsoft says learning how to work with AI will help people keep their jobs and stay useful.

How to use Microsoft Copilot AI agent For Free

You don’t even need to pay for the ChatGPT agent. You can use Microsoft Copilot for free. Here is how:

1. Go to Microsoft Copilot and sign in with your Microsoft account.

2. Click the dropdown that says “Quick response” and select “Action (Labs)” from the list. The estimated time shows “5–10 min” because it handles more complex tasks.

3. Type Your Task (Examples you can type):

   • “Summarize this PDF” (attach or paste content)

   • “Draft an email to schedule a meeting next Thursday.”

   • “Find open slots in my calendar this week.”

   • “Organize these notes into a project plan.”

4. Wait for Completion. Since Action mode takes longer, Copilot may ask for confirmation or clarification. Let it finish processing the steps & it will return a completed task or ask for approval before executing.

5. Copilot will show the result: a completed draft, a formatted document, or an instruction you can approve. You can modify, accept, or copy the result.
