Copilot Cowork is now available through Microsoft’s Frontier Program.

Microsoft has launched Copilot Cowork, a new AI that can perform tasks on your computer. It is now available through the Frontier Program, with more people getting access later.
Key Points:
Copilot Cowork can break down your request and complete tasks like writing emails, checking your calendar, and creating documents.
It connects with tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other apps to send messages, find files, and update your work.
It may ask for approval before doing important actions and lets you review changes before they are done.
It is not open to everyone yet. You need to be part of Microsoft’s Frontier Program to use it.
It runs with built-in limits, avoids risky actions, and follows rules to keep your data secure.

AI AND ETHICS
Claude’s computer use comes to Claude code

Claude Code just added a “computer use” feature that lets Claude control your computer to complete tasks for you. It is still in beta and rolling out to users.
Details:
Claude can see your screen, move the mouse, click buttons, and type on your computer.
It works across apps and websites, even without a direct connection to them.
It can follow steps to complete tasks such as filling out forms, running tools, or organising files.
The feature is still in beta, so it may have limits or need setup to use.
You can watch what it is doing and stop or guide it at any time.

CLAUDE/CHATGPT PROMPT OF THE DAY
"I want to write a short-form video script so that viewers watch to the end and take action.
First, read these files completely before responding:
- [audience. md] — viewer profile and attention patterns
- [content_angles. md] — key ideas and hooks
- [voice. md] — tone and delivery style
Here is a reference to what I want to achieve:
[Paste a high-performing reel script]
Here's what makes this reference work:
- Always hook attention in the first line
- Always keep sentences short and spoken
- Always move quickly between points
- Always end with a clear action
SUCCESS BRIEF
- Type of output + length: 30–45 second script (spoken format)
- Recipient's reaction: They watch fully and feel prompted to act
- Does NOT sound like: Scripted, robotic, or overly polished
- Success means: Watch time, saves, or messages
DO NOT start executing yet. Ask clarifying questions first.
Before writing, list the 3 most important rules.
Then give your execution plan (5 steps maximum).
Only begin work once we've aligned."
THAT’S A WRAP!
