Projects in ChatGPT are now available for all

OpenAI has launched ChatGPT Projects for everyone, which is a way to organize work inside ChatGPT. A project lets you group chats, files, and settings together in one place so you can manage bigger tasks more easily. Projects are now available to Free users, with added improvements for all plans.
Key Points:
Project Access for Free Users: Projects were once only for paid users, but Free users can now create them too.
Larger File Uploads: Free users can upload up to 5 files per project. Plus users can upload 25, and Pro, Business, or Enterprise users can upload up to 40.
Customization Options: You can choose project colors and icons to keep your workspace organized and easy to scan.
Project-Only Memory Controls: You can turn memory on or off inside each project without changing your overall memory settings.
Availability and Limits: Projects are live across all tiers. File upload limits depend on your plan, and Free users get smaller allowances than paid users.
Early reviews say Projects make it easier to handle complex work and keep related information in one place, though the real benefit depends on how you use them.

AI AND INNOVATION
Google’s NotebookLM now lets you customize the tone of its AI podcasts

Google’s NotebookLM just added a new feature that lets you change the tone of its AI podcasts. It gives you more control over how the AI talks about your documents, whether you want a quick summary, a deep explanation, feedback, or a debate.
Details:
You can pick from four styles: Deep Dive, Brief, Critique, and Debate.
Deep Dive takes time to explain ideas in detail, brief gives a summary of the main points, critique reviews your sources, and gives feedback, while debate has two AI voices that argue different sides of your content.
You can also change how long the podcast is and choose from new voices.
The feature works inside the “Audio Overview” part of NotebookLM.
It doesn’t fix every limit of AI podcasts, but it makes them more flexible and useful.
